This policy applies to the Zainco Technologies website.
Information collection
This is a static website. It does not set tracking cookies and does not include analytics or advertising scripts.
The contact form sends the name, email address, subject, and message you enter to a Cloudflare Pages Function at /api/contact. When the site owner has configured email delivery, that function forwards the enquiry to Resend, an email delivery provider, so it can reach the owner's mailbox. When delivery is not configured, the function does not forward the message and the form reports that nothing was sent.
Third-party services
Fonts are self-hosted from this site, so the website does not request them from Google Fonts. The site is served by Cloudflare Pages, and contact submissions are processed by a Cloudflare Pages Function. Cloudflare and, when configured, Resend process data under their own privacy policies.
Retention
Enquiry content is used only to respond to the enquiry. Retention depends on the mailbox and email provider configured by the site owner; a specific retention period has not been confirmed.
Changes
If analytics, embedded media, or other third-party services are added later, this page will need to be updated to describe them.
Contact
Privacy questions can be raised through the contact page. A verified contact address and the legal entity details still need to be confirmed by the company owner before this policy is treated as final.
